Kelpie WIP 02

I updated the Kelpie by making some wavy effect for the seaweeds to make them a bit more natural, added some fins, adjusted the tail. Then I played around with the background in AE, combined some pictures, adjusted the color and added some effect to those. I also added some fog layers, to make the environment a bit more mysterious, and the reflection on the water surface.
